THIS: "Don't you let their vision leave you blind"
If they can beat you into submission
Or take your power by passive attrition
That's fine
But if not
They'll not be bothered
For if you cannot be bothered
To see their version and then avert
Your eyes
TO SEE
A NEW VISION
Beyond Di vision
Dive into your sovereign TRUTH
Vision
Of heavenly sovereign paradigms that now certainly arise
Every synchronicity forges a divine new interconnection
In a web of freedom and prospering for all
But if you watch their mesmerizing slow leak of truth poisoned from the well of hell
They'll come for you
Yes they'll come for you
By inviting you to chase them down the black hole
Where bite sized poison laced truth they dole
Out out out with you from there
Take back what they stole
Rise and shine
The power of love is thine
Imitations rampant pale
I am not for sale
Yet following truth, so many become lost, and sometimes I am also like Christoff, lost in the woods And those who would see us never find our way to take down the damn
They knew what it would cost
To keep us addicted to our own self-righteousness, pettiness and rage
That's how they help you make your cage
Safe from the TRUTH of your sovereign awakening
That would send them quakening
You cast your lot with those who put truth like bait in the cages that wait
Until you are ready to STATE
I AM SOVEREIGN. I AM OF GOD. I AM HUMAN, FULLY HUMAN
I AM HERE to thrive, not just survive
To create prosperity for all who arrive
in a place of all way win grass roots soulutions
A place where all is love and we are unspeakable alive
It is a struggle when I don't...but when I do, I feel like I enjoy my interactions so much more and I enjoy my non-online life so much more too! It feels balanced and whole.
Lol, I am more cynical about substack than you, having watched what gets pushed in my feed repeatedly and who the sanctioned influencers in this space seem to to be, but that's okay. I believe there is room to develop authentic community anyway! :)
I am glad you are not an addict! I am a recovering chocoholic, as well. Fortunately, that addiction has simply turned into a healthy love of the stuff <3
I do know someone else who went from alcoholic to just drinking a little here and there. So I guess it is possible to do something other than all-or-nothing.
I write best in response...almost conversationally. I also notice that since I started exploring my connection to Sufism (you read that one, right?) I find ever more often I respond with a poem. I am getting weirder and weirder the older I get.
Even sometimes hypothetical conversations, like those between classical philosophers and a hypothetical disputant. They engaged in those conversations in their heads in order to find truth and then wrote them down because they make for excellent exposition of a topic.
That's a really good point! It is a cool way to process truth through a dialectic isn't it? Do you have a favorite conversation? I am reading one between Buddha and one of his lead disciples. It is a conversation about negation.
I immediately had a second song start earworm dovetailing with this one, and in what I do that's always important, but I don't know if the song is meant for you, meant for me, meant for both, and/or meant for someone else who will see it here subsequently. So I'll just flow with it and cross my fingers.
Oh heck yes—I love this song! In fact, I think it was the song that inspired me to make a separate playlist (on my Amazon Music account) of revolutionary, freedom-focused music. And that playlist is what eventually inspired me to start doing FreedomMusicFriday.

Nice!
Did you just write that now?
I usually take a break from this space and anything else that might potentially feed my recovering social media brain over the weekend :)
A wise choice!
It is a struggle when I don't...but when I do, I feel like I enjoy my interactions so much more and I enjoy my non-online life so much more too! It feels balanced and whole.
I am glad to hear that.
I myself am not an addict by any means…but I would like to reduce it even further.
I am enjoying Substack because it is so much more wholesome. We're not having some reality™ curated for us—we're just building communities.

Addiction is so rough.
I do know someone else who went from alcoholic to just drinking a little here and there. So I guess it is possible to do something other than all-or-nothing.
Thanks dude! <3
Thanks, Chris!
I did at the time I posted it! <3
Groovy :-)

Did I read it? I am not sure…
And yes, conversations reveal truths.
Even sometimes hypothetical conversations, like those between classical philosophers and a hypothetical disputant. They engaged in those conversations in their heads in order to find truth and then wrote them down because they make for excellent exposition of a topic.
Oh, and weird is beautiful!
