…But at Least Mannequins Have N*pples Now

A couple of Christmases ago, I was shopping at a mall and started noticing something: about 75% of the mannequins throughout the mall had nipples.
This was not prurience, but rather just socio-cultural observation.
Granted, the first time, it was just puerile amusement. My wife and I noticed the display above, laughed, and took a pic. But then we started noticing it throughout the mall. This was definitely new.
We saw other ones where the effect was even more pronounced—as if the mannequins were both braless and in a heightened state of arousal. However, my wife did not want us taking any more pictures of mannequins, so the pic above is all I have. We also saw this on male mannequins.
People who know me know that I am not a prude. Not even a little bit. But this really is just stupid and childish.
Later on, I did a little searching. One explanation suggested that it “allows people to see what clothes will actually look like.” But doesn't that presume that the clothes would be worn braless? That hasn't really been much of a thing since the 1970s.
I decided this morning to make a sort of meme out of it. The absurdity of it all suddenly dawned on me…
Whole neighborhoods are being wiped out to pave the way for 15-minute “smart cities.” Millions are being killed by a poison vaccine—a vaccine which is also giving our perfectly healthy children heart attacks, and sterilizing them.
But hey—have no fear. You get to see mannequins with pointy nipples and preternaturally perky breasts while you go Christmas shopping.
Is this what it was like in Rome, near the end?
For the cost of a cup of coffee once a month, you can keep me rolling:
"Is this what it was like in Rome, near the end?" Probably some version of the same absurdity and idiocy. Endless distractions. I'll take it as a sign of desperation.
"allows people to see what clothes will actually look like" is hilarious because most people don't have the body shapes of these mannequins.
