Hahahaha!! Yes the woke ideology that maintains “cultural appropriation is bad” while saying “open borders is good” is a very confused one indeed, and similar to your destiny question, it sends out very mixed messages. 🤡

Mixed messages from mixed-up people who have been mentally mixed up by a mixed-up ideology.

It should be a new board game. Whoever can come up with the most contradictions within the woke dogma WINS!! 🤪

"Intersectionality! The game where even the most observant acolyte can end up at the guillotine…"

Hahahaha!!! Great name for it!!

These comments come with an edit button to fix typos. (Three dots to the lower right of the text, at least in my browser version…)

I tried but my particular three dots don’t give me that option on my phone. 🤷‍♀️

Ugh—I hate doing anything on my phone!

Nothing works better than derision and laughing to really get the goat of the hypocrites and mentally challenged. I like the idea of a board game. Competition is good. (Except pitiful loser males competing against real women in sports. Another unamusing joke.)

My blood boils a bit every time I hear that term cultural appropriation!!! Stupidest fucking term I have ever heard off!!! I am pretty sure the Pedo Peter admin will probably announce soon a minister of “Cultural Appropriations”!!!

That is the exact sort of thing that leftists will do, once they get enough power. It does not matter where they are—once they have overcome all opposition, they will go all the way. Next thing you know, Ministers of Cultural Sequestration will make sure disfavored cohorts do not "appropriate" anything. Favored cohorts may do as they wish.

Very funny. And I am hungry. That burrito sounds good...except I would skip the Spam. Wait? maybe you weren't talking about food?...

Christopher Cook's avatar

My wife was the same way. Then she tried fried spam and now she's a believer!

As a soul we somewhat choose our destiny before we incarnate. We work between incarnations on the next issue to resolve or lesson to learn, and when karma dictates that it's time to reincarnate again we watch three "movies" of lives on earth which would foster those lessons. Our life was in the can, so to speak, before we arrived. What actually transmigrates is the MIND.

Over a year ago, I read probably 500 comments in this thread. So many stories along those lines—stories of children, mostly, talking about pre-incarnate knowledge, choosing their parents, etc. Too many stories to be just people making it up!

I meditate. For 44 years I did three hours of spiritual practice every morning that included an hour of meditation. I get my information directly from the divine now in meditation.

I am sure you have a lot of fascinating insights!

Pom (Thai neighbor) said she culturally appropriated your pasta salad so y’all are even. Hell I guess I appropriated her from Bangkok! And original is from a town called sriracha in Thailand. A Vietnamese refugee who had been to that town brought the recipe to California and that’s the popular version in US now. So I guess he appropriated it from Thai people! Oh the humanity!

You appropriated well :-)

And I think it's time to make another batch of my antipasto. Italian powers…activate!
