Living within the truth while pointing out the lies is soul crushing. I totally get this though. Wish I had known how to properly label was I was naturally observing. FB and covid made everyone the green grocer of sorts. Peer pressure on a massive scale.

Absolutely. It was soul-crushing.

At first, I deeply resented the people around me for not seeing it and fighting back. I have since come to understand that that is too much to expect.

Rather, I think it is something like the first dancer/first-follower phenomenon. We have to lead. Eventually, the masses will follow. I hate using the term "the masses," but, well… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fW8amMCVAJQ

I saw something where a high percentage of GenZ said they'd give up the right to vote before TicTok. That's some crackhead BS. Lol I'm in agreement although I dislike "the masses" as a term as you do but it is what it is. Most of them still believe the Steele dossier and that the government doesn't lie so meh I like your term free pill it's the one after the black pill. 😁 The needs to be a take the freepill movement to reclaim your freewill.

Sydney Reilly was very interesting. Almost defeated the Bolsheviks until betrayed by UK as the greater threat, helped create the FBI who's original purpose was to prevent a bolshevik revolution in USA, among other things. The father of modern espionage.

How was he a greater threat to the UK?

If you can find it, watch Ace of Spies for a sanitized and dramaticized version og his life. There are some good books too. His techniques were still being taught 50 years after his death.

Expand full comment

He was considered too dangerous, the Napoleon of espionage. Consider that he was on the verge of single-handedly ousting the Bolsheviks in Russia when he was only defeated due to the British betrayal (Operation Archangel if I remember correctly). He was an incredible person (not necessarily a good person), a modern version of Sir Richard Burton, mastering a plethora of skills and languages.

Also, he inspired Ian Flemming who had the opportunity to work with him.

The drill sergeants were something to be studied as much as feared. It humanized a dehumanizing experience and later was probably the basis for my successes in various SERE course and other intel related resistance training.

Some were motivated by sadism and power, but most were not.

Watching people rat others out for extra punishment just to get a coke or bag of Doritos in the POW training...

That really shortened the list of who I would trust in a pinch. First hand Prisoner's Dilemma experience.

I suppose the biggest realization was the frailty of most people and yet, that does not dictate my actions, my moral or ethical framework.

- Everyone breaks (there are no Rambos), but you DECIDE what is enough (not now, not today)

- Everyone has a price (not necessarily money, it may be a loved one's safety)

- Everyone can be gotten too (Unless you're Fidel Castro!) Safety is an illusion.

There is definitely a hierarchy at work. Whoever the players are and whatever roles they assume, just thinking in terms of a hierarchy and how ideas spread puts you ahead. Most are truly oblivious. They quickly blame greed or incompetence. These have a part to play, but most misunderstand how effective hierarchies are. As you note, some in the mid-rank have no idea why they are issuing orders. They just obey. So that is how it propagates.

Easy to propagate totalitarianism down through the hierarchy…but it also falls like a house of cards when it falls. So there is hope there!

What I see playing out is the final chapter in making the world a "communist paradise". (https://www.courageouslion.us/p/communism-american-style) The united States has been under a form of "soft" communism for over the last 100 years to the point that people currently living here have no idea of what has taken place. What they want to do is nail the coffin shut. Turn us into a strong communist state where dissent is dealt with immediately, quickly and in a viscous manner. Think J6. The fact that these people who have as a whole committed no crime that could be claimed to have a victim involved. Think of all of the people in cages for non violent violations of "law". Realize that the elite who want to run our lives are ALL psychopathic control freak PARASITES that have another layer of them between us known as "law enforcement". As the times of trouble approach those folks will have to pick a side. Since the majority of them are really middle class, will they want to end up on the loosing end of a battle that is coming that will make the 1789 French Revolution look like a tea party with kids at the playground?

"THEY" are playing with fire...

for in the back ground, the world over, I hear the sound of steel against sharpening stone while pitchforks tines are being sharpened. I feel in my bones that kerosene is being stockpiled everywhere as the torches are being assembled. The symbol of the Bastille is about to be stormed EVERYWHERE that the masses are waking up. The psychopathic control freak PARASITES that are sucking out the lifeblood of the average working man is making it so that they will have nothing left. And what these monsters have not figured out yet is that WHEN YOU OWN NOTHING, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY...YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE and when people have NOTHING TO LOSE...THEY LOSE IT! And when they LOSE IT, people that say to the masses..."Let them eat cake" will find their heads on the f*****g chopping block. Scream it. We the People, the World Over, white man, black man, brown man, yellow man, red man ARE F*****G SICK OF IT. And the BASTILLE is about to be STORMED. After all, FREEDOM is just another word for NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE! Mark my words...JUS MEUM TUEBOR

OH, it's going to come to that. It always has. The psychopathy throughout history have caused it to happen over and over. It could be that the powers behind all of this feed off of the negative energy created by this kind of chaos.

I was the victim of child abuse. My father was a victim of child abuse. I'm writing about PHYSCIAL the kind where you get punched in the face for "talking back" or doing some heinous act at the age of 8 like accidentally stepping on the family dog because of where it was lying next to you without you realizing it, or clicking your fork against your teeth and how my mother would back hand me off the chair for that terrible act. Well when we had our children I had this little paddle. You know.. spare the rod, spoil the child...and my first born was being a kid, sort of a PITA if you know what I mean and earned himself a whack on his behind. Well he put his little arm out to protect his butt and the paddle hit him due to my failure to react in time on his little arm. I watched a bruise swell up and took that paddle and tossed it into the wood burner and told my wife...I am NEVER going to hit my children the way my dad used to hit me. I broke the cycle. Had four sons and they all grew up pretty well without the rod. So that statement about spoiling the child if you spare the rod is BULLSHIT. And even with all that, m second youngest thinks I'm a terrible evil person for spreading misinformation about vaccines and masks. And refuses to speak to me for 27 months and counting.

Bless you for breaking the cycle!

My wife and I were not victims of child abuse, though we do both have recollections of *some* corporal punishment. Very little, really. And we used none on our son, and we is a fine young man now. "Spare the rod…" is BS. As you now well know!

I am sorry that your second-youngest fell for the lies. That is sad.

My entire family are on the wrong side of that, we have had an agree-to-disagree policy on all things political for so long that it just does not come up.

"Then some things will not be funded. Not be possible."

How is it not possible when "The Federal Government, with the cooperation of the Federal Reserve, has the inherent power to create money--almost any amount of it."

~ The National Debt, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, p. 8

ALMOST? Why only ALMOST? What keeps them from creating ALL they want? You? Me? Your dog? A full moon?

Federal Reserve Notes are not federal, represent no monetary reserves and no longer conform to the definition of notes. Failing to state who, will pay what, when or to whom - they ceased to be legal tender notes, (offers of money) almost 60 years ago. They are in fact instruments of legalized THEFT.
