Two Subscriber Chat Gatherings Today

Thus far, we have been using comment threads to have our discussions, brainstorm, etc. Now that I have launched a subscriber chat, I would like to try it there. Let’s see which we like better.

The second is a followup to my DN post We Should Try to Own Rather Than Rent. I have some ideas on ways to make it easier to own property, but I am also interested in soliciting ideas from you. Together, we can come up with a longer list.
