Very fine work, a brilliant Directive!

Seems pretty airtight from manipulation, not easy! 👍

Another way of approach would be the "The personal individual right to manage and protect" all survival needs.

Air (clean, radiation free, sound pollution))

Water (structured, clean, available, affordable)

Food (unmodified, clean, available, affordable)

Shelter (affordable and available)

Companionship (freedom of assembly/sexuality/spirituality etc. private consent)

Most attacks on the person and property involve these catagories.

I still like yours better!

Time for the people to make the laws, since the lawmakers do not follow there own laws.😂

Let's keep expanding and refining.

Cheers,

Michael.

Comprehensive and comprehensible, not complicated, no great feats of intellect needed to understand these simple and self-evident principles. I might add intimidation or attempts at intimidation where credible threats are used to gain "consent" as another reason for accountability. We see much too much of this with our current civil enforcers as much as with mafia types. Kind of goes along with what is sometimes called "disturbances of the peace" which would include persistent loud or threatening attempts to deprive a peaceful person of his peace, especially on his own property.
