It’s All About The Small Things We Do…

There have been times when Ive looked to hire people to work with me. Like all companies I try to get good people that would represent my company in the best positive light. A person that’s trustworthy, friendly and kind. Someone that looks like they take care of themselves, seems more likely to care for my business. Someone who could be an example to others.

Wouldn’t it make sense, if it’s important how an employee represents my company it’s more important how I present myself, especially in my life. You never really know who’s watching you. People watch how we live. Our kids, our co workers, even people at the store where we shop. Our actions, how we treat people, helping others, even our body language should make people feel comfortable. If we are kind, good to people, take time for people, that’s a message we are sending out.

We are called to be the light of the world. We should always pay attention to that. Our life in a way is a ministry. Every day when we interact with others we are sending a message. Some people we see are the only interaction they may have all day, we should always want to leave a positive impression of ourselves.

When somebody does something nice for us, don’t just look down and mumble ok thanks. Slow down, show them that you care, look them in the eye with a smile on your face, in a pleasant tone, say thank you I really appreciate that. We can’t get so busy, so preoccupied, that we don’t take time for people. God brings all types of people across our path. We never know if they need something positive added into their life. They may be going through all kinds of difficulty that we know nothing about. Yet one kind word, one heartfelt thank you, one look of care and concern can help them through their day. It’s the little things we do.

People don’t see God, they see us. We are vessels and should try to give out some good to somebody, give out hope give out encouragement. We may have difficulties in our own life and one of the best things we can do is take our mind off ourselves. The best thing we can do is go out and be a blessing to someone else. If you will make someone else’s day you are sure to see it come back to you. If we go out each day being a good example you’ll not only make a positive impact in other people’s lives, God will use that to impact our own life, He will cause you to climb higher. Take time out of your busy life to help someone when you can.

Happy Friday!

Right. Ultimately, my contentment rests on understanding that I see the world clearly, no matter whether others do or not, and that I can glide through the madness, doing my best to lead by example when possible.

I do have to comment about one of my pet peeves, which you inadvertently triggered:

"It’s a negative feedback loop."

No, a negative feedback loop is self-correcting, for example your thermostat. You are referring to a positive feedback loop, which is self-reinforcing. Almost everyone is confused about this, and so I would recommend saying "self-reinforcing feedback loop" to be clear.

Christopher Cook's avatar

Ha, it’s funny you should say that. As I was writing that, I actually wondered to myself something like, “I assume the ‘negative’ refers to negative consequences, but IS that what it means? It’s a scientific term, after all.” (And science/math are not my strong suit.) But then I brushed it off because I am always in a hurry. I should have looked it up. Edited; THANK YOU!

A good exercise partner will remind you to "work inside your body box," meaning overextending your limbs and reach does not aid strength building, and may cause injury. We also have a mental and emotional box, or range, and it is salutary to remember and heed its natural reach.

Is it possible to be aware of the gore-encrusted truth about geopolitics, for instance, and not be wound up about it? Perhaps not, but we do not have to succumb to the ever-tightening spiral of anxiety, and one way out is to remind ourselves that being upset changes nothing but our experience of this day we are given to live. For me, it is often really just as simple as telling myself it's okay to be calm, then spending a minute breathing deeply.

As critters, we are poorly adapted to care about things happening thousands of miles away to people we don't know. It is good that we do care, but remembering and minding our limitations is crucial to our effectiveness, both at home and online.

Christopher Cook's avatar

This is very wise.

Thank you, Christopher. If so, it is a wisdom taught me by my stupidity.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's how life works.

Love always, Christopher!

I am never angry, but the infuriation at what the moneyed psychopaths in control on Our planet (by virtue of money) are doing here on Our planet keeps Me focused on My work to solve for Them.

The social manipulation, the hiding of true history, the paying bullies to enFORCE Their will, and on and on.

I am serene in My fury. LOL! And hope Others can see what We can do and co-create for Humanity here on OUR planet - and are willing to help co-create it.

Thank you for the mention, Mr. Cook!! This explains why I received some comments on your old post about my ideology song! Mystery solved. 💖✨🎶

Oh yeah! I was half asleep already when we talked about that 🤣🤭

Jacqueline Rendell's avatar

Hahaha!! Happy to have it sorted. Now I can sleep. I was feeling like the princess and the pea for a few weeks there. 🤣🤭

Heehee. ☺️

Sometimes, a piece of mine will do that—someone will comment on something really old. One of the emergent properties of the internet, I guess 😁

Jacqueline Rendell's avatar

Ya know what? It’s an aspect I really appreciate. It encourages me to feel I am not sharing my heart or giving mind to a void. 🥰

Christopher Cook's avatar

That is an interesting and undeniable aspect of our being. We are social animals. As much as we love our craft, our art, we’d be a lot less likely to bother without eyes and ears to see and hear. I mean, stranded on a desert island, I probably would still do it for myself, but it would not be the same.

Jacqueline Rendell's avatar

Well said! I concur. 😘

Yep, I am trying really hard to get a handle on the rage. Last night got the better of me and I lost it for a bit. I didn't do anything; just got super ANGRY and ranted (my boyfriend was very sympathetic and handled it really well, but boy, I was a "GRRR-monster"). It happens ... But it's important not to dwell.

It isn't just us in the Freedom movement who are being dragged down by the world, however. I'm deeply concerned about a friend couple that I consider family. I typed out some details then decided to omit them to protect the innocent -- but truly, I consider these folks to be family, and the feeling is mutual.

I've fretted on and off over the past few years because they -- the wife especially -- are definitely "left-leaning," though as a *couple* they are NOT Leftists (IMO) with a capital "L." I'm much closer to the husband than the wife, and she is MUCH more political than he is, but it hasn't affected things ... Or at least I didn't *think* it was affecting things, as things seemed harmonious on the surface.

Well, the other night, I got a text from my close friend (the husband in the couple) with some rough news. He wanted to let me know that things are not great with their family; the wife quit her job, and her energy has been really really bad lately, to the point where my friend has to make great effort to shield their son from it. During the course of texting, it came out that she has been obsessed with social media. Now, I know, because she and I follow each other on Instagram, that she follows very lefty accounts that drum up rage.

I'm really worried for their family. I truly pray that they can turn things around ... If the state of the world rips apart all that they have built (it's beautiful), then *I* will have a hard time not slipping back into rage.

Christopher Cook's avatar

Uck. That’s awful. What a shame.

But if it does happen, it won’t be the first time or the last, and it’s not something that you and I can change. Of course I understand how infuriating it would be, but try to stay calm and not go down the same road if you can.

Is there any way you can talk with her?

Ki Consciousness's avatar

I’ve been thinking if there’s some way I could help by talking to her directly. It’s kind of tough … On the one hand, we have known each other forever and are like family, but we have never been super close. I’m a lot closer with the husband as we’re on a much more similar wavelength.

That said, it does seem that she’s latching on to the misandry of the leftoid media posts that she gravitates towards, so maybe if a female friend were to gently guide her away from that … It sounds like things are pretty rough, though.

Of course, the other MAJOR exacerbating factor, one that’s probably an even bigger problem than the social media addiction, is that this poor woman has been on antidepressants since we were all kids. Specifically, she is on the dreaded SSRIs.

Now, this is kind of interesting to me, because another person in my life, similar in age, is also going through a major depressive episode —and she, too, is on SSRIs.

Kinda makes you wonder … Did they somehow tweak the formula over at the Bigass Generic SSRI Factory? (I am not even joking here—personal experience as well as professional training tell me that this is, and can be, a THING, and it can be fatal.)

Christopher Cook's avatar

Yes, SSRI's are a problem—all the more so in the hands of malthusian psychopaths.

Have you asked the husband what he thinks? Whether he'd be cool with you talking with her?

Ki Consciousness's avatar

Time will tell.

Prefer not to get into detail publicly as it is a private matter that isn't really mine, but I'm happy to DM more :)

Christopher Cook's avatar

Only if you wish to. My goal is not to pry--only to help, if you need it.

Ki Consciousness's avatar

He texted me last night that he DID have The Talk. He said it was brutal as he was painfully honest about her behavior; she initially played the victim card, but he was persistent, and it got through. (For context, he is one of the most soft-spoken, quiet, patient men you can imagine, so once his patience wears out … It’s out.)

The new issue is that she is no longer being bitchy but back to being depressed. I’m going to try to help them research alternatives to SSRIs. Something tells me that’s another BIG component of the issue …

Brian's avatar

Well, you've finally written something I wholeheartedly disagree with...

I am in favor of ending friendships over politics.

Anyone who's political views allow them to treat you badly should be cut out of your life. It does not matter whether they have done so yet. I cut out one of my closest friends during the Covid nonsense.

That situation gives the best backdrop for my point of view. If someone believed the government should take away your kids because you didn't give them a Covid vaccine, they have no limits to the potential evil they might perpetrate against you for any idiotic thing in the future. That is the person that will report you to the government for whatever silly infraction in the future (maybe your thermostat being set too comfortably). Better to be rid of them now.

You don't seem like you would attract people like that, but I firmly believe in ostracizing people like that.

The meat of your post is spot on. Sometimes it helps to take a break from current events...

Christopher Cook's avatar

Yeah, I’m not sure our views are that far off here. The phrase I used in the article (“if one can avoid it”) was a bit on the vague side.

Casual relationships and intimate/family ones differ. I am going to make more effort to keep the peace with family or very old/close friends. Mostly, it involves a mutual moratorium on getting into politics.

Casual friendships or acquaintanceships are different—the bar is much lower. And if I find out someone is a crazy lefty, for example, I certainly do not seek out friendship with them where none was before. I don’t need that in my life. Similarly, if anyone gets super-duper obnoxious, as you describe, I’m done. I don’t need that in my life either.

But I do try not to blow up the older/deeper friendships or family ties.

Brian's avatar

I cut out a friend of 20 years based on how his politics and worldview changed. It gave him permission to to endorse government behavior that he could not have endured were it aimed at him, and it gave him the moral license to call anyone that questioned it "heartless."

It's been 6 years. I do not regret my decision.

Brian's avatar

He was in favor of government shutting down small businesses to "protect everyone" while of course he and his significant other were unaffected due to the nature of their work. Those people "could just get retrained."

I was also not directly affected but saw it as evil that my government would shut down the shops on Main Street, and leave Walmart open. I reminded him of his failure in pursuit of a geology degree when the world was normal and he had the full support of his employer, friends, significant other, at the age of 28. Now he expected other people to get themselves retrained, maybe at the age of 60, when the business they had spent a life building had been crushed and no one anywhere was hiring, and they needed to make their mortgagepayment. It was the most arrogant, evil thing I ever had a friend admit to believing.

Christopher Cook's avatar

I likely would have done the same in your shoes.

I am grateful that I did not end up in a position like that with any friends of 20+ years. Not that there weren't friends and family who felt similarly, but I didn't actually hear about it.

I lost my cool yesterday, Saturday morning basketball. Won't share the particulars, but the need to blow off some steam through competition, comraderie, physicality, and the poetry of the game turn a turn for the worse, mostly because of my ego. But I think how I stepped on the court yesterday morning, i.e., my "mood", affected the other nine dudes on the floor, and things came to a head. Was out of balance emotionally, spiritually. So, your essay resonates. Thank you.

Christopher Cook's avatar

Thank you for sharing that. I bet that if you explain it that way to them (if you have not already done so), they would entirely understand. Because we've all been there.

Don't get angry, find romance, escape the evil by hiding somewhere and pretending that life will continue like this. Ignore the deep evil, don't pay attention to major red flags, because you might see that there is an agenda. .But dont worry, just be a good little sheep and continue to be led by the shepherds who tickle your ears. LIfe is all about sex and fun... enjoy yourself. Excuse the sarcasm. But that is the stupidest idea that I have ever heard or seen. The powers that be are planning to kill 93% of humanity, and to breed the survivors for adrenochrome. They have no need for us, we are being replaced by IA generated robots. But more important than saving mankind is to relax and have fun while you can.

I started exposing the evil agenda and breaking free from the matrix more than a decade ago. I have been incarcerated repeatedly for doing so, lost all my family and friends, all my possessions twice, and work 12 hours every day to stop their evil agenda. The quality of my life far exceeds what it ever was before. I have no friends family or coworkers, am now a lone wolf. I am now an author, journalist, and revolutionist. No regrets, only confidence and a sense of pride that I am doing the right thing against the Goliath of evil, and face the enemy with courage. I have nobody they can blackmail or intimidate me by threatening to harm them, I stay in a small protected area, and voice courageously their every secret and evil agenda.

The pleasures you speak of are now totally foreign and alien to me now, and may I add foolish. Humankind's existence depends on our rising in resistance. But have sex instead, it means everything.

I hear you and understand.

I assume you are new to my writing. Thus, I can understand why you would not know that I have never once suggested giving up and just being a hedonist. I have noted that there is more than one way to fight, but I have never once suggested that anyone stop fighting.

There is a maximum amount one person can do, though. One person alone isn’t going to get it all done. We need each other. If everyone is contributing something, each on the front in which (s)he can be most effective, we will make progress.

Some people are exposing the truth. Some are fighting the power. Some are trying to work from within the system. For my part, I am among a small number who are working on exit-and-build. Pressure from all sides will win the day.

I work 11 to 15 hours a day, just about every day of the year. My particular front can spare me for the few hours a week I spend romancing my wife.

And the rest of the time—70 hour weeks at a minimum—I am doing my best. And trying not to seethe in constant anger while I do it.

There is a lot to be angry about. But being angry about it won’t make those things go away. So I try to work on it without being angry. I do not always succeed, as I have clearly stated. But I try.

Michael Lewis Kahn's avatar

I get it. But anger can also be a good motivator. I addressed it in my ANGRY book

Included within these pages you will find a brief concentrated history of civilization describing clearly the people, and strategies that they employed, that have deliberately brought us to this point. I have never seen it so succinctly displayed and shown to make such clarity before. I have connected the dots as no one has before. It clears the cobwebs and strips the emperor of his clothes, so we can see him in his ugly nakedness. My research, scrutiny, skeptical analyzing, and assessment reaches its pinnacle this year of 2019, and these pages reveal the results. After the summarizing history, I will describe the unveiled characteristics of the education system, the legal ((in)justice system, the food industry, the media, religious institutions, governing bodies, the military, and the health system. The imposed proliferation of substance abuse, and how these principalities all relate to a common theme, and have been intentionally developed to be the effective tools of destruction and subversion that they have become.

You will be given the specifics, with names, dates, and references, all facts proving each statement that I make, as I am a true scientist. An authentic scientist is not defined as someone who has been fed “scientific” information in universities, nor as one who is employed as such, It is more accurately defined as one who seeks ultimate knowledge and truth. I perceived that much information that is spoon-fed in educational institutions does not withstand scrutiny, its precepts are not able to stand when challenged, so this book was

constructed to shed light on the deceptions and evil of the planet’s current

establishment. Finally, I give an alternative, solutions worth struggling to establish.

Our values, mindsets, and worldviews have been so strongly indoctrinated into us with the assistance of groupthink (see EXPOSING THE MONEY MACHINE, chapter 20), that our thinking and behaviors have become habitually ritualistic in mistakenness.

We have been taught to feel the need to hide or conceal thoughts or actions that are natural, authentic, and valid; such as anger. These days, when somebody expresses anger, they are looked upon as being aggressive, violent, or combative, and are automatically assumed to be the transgressor. Yet the case is in many circumstances, that anger is, in truth the appropriate reaction. I am not condoning rampant violence when I state this, but we should ask this question when we see somebody protesting: “Why is (s)he angry?” Often, it is valid (but keep in mind that at times people are actors) contrary to what we are told. Instead of pathologizing ourselves (and others), when we are told that

something is wrong with us (or somebody else) we would benefit by asking “Who says?.” Then we can progress to more revelatory questions, such as “What group of people has created this reality for us?” Then, “How does it benefit them?” After learning the answers, it would inevitably lead to this investigation: “What would result if we stopped believing the bullshit?”

Anger can be a beneficial motivational aspect leading to change. If harnessed and focused correctly, guided by love (I am not being Christian. The love should be targeted towards the oppressed, not those who have destroyed humanity.), and fueled with a carefully planned course of action, anger can be the catalyst to a new way of life, where righteous people can thrive and prosper.

I promise that reading this book will make you angry, very angry. Hold onto a brotherly love for your fellow man, and get ready to be part of the force for change. Read on to see what should change, and why

Christopher Cook's avatar

I don’t have time to read it, and I am already outraged enough. However, evil I think they are, I just assume it is even worse than that and then get on with my own tasks.

I am curious, though—can you summarize, in just a couple of sentences, what your solution idea is?

Michael Lewis Kahn's avatar

Self-sustaining agricultural communities with no modern technology. Only about 150 people each, no government, no sex, (procreation by artificial insemination), no family as we know it, children raised by mentors 24/7, molding them to value strong minds and bodies, good work ethic, moral and ethical grounding, challenging (but respecting) everything and everybody for truth. That will make all future generations better people and a better human race. Decisions in the community discussed, questioned, and decided upon by the whole community. Real democracy, not representatives to deceive. This is not rocket science. But it has potential to save humanity. You are probably on the correct path to help the transition. My book is free, the blueprint is only about four or five pages long. It is worth signing up for the free newsletter and book and reading the conclusion.

Christopher Cook's avatar

"no sex, (procreation by artificial insemination), no family as we know it, children raised by mentors 24/7"

You are free to try to create such a micro-society on your own property and see how it works. If you try to force it on anyone, they will resist, and rightly so. A) because no system should be forced on anyone and B) because that is BF Skinner + the anti-family left + a cult + a commune, and it is bad news, anti-human, and guaranteed to fail.

But again, so long as you do not force anyone against their will, have at it.

Michael Lewis Kahn's avatar

being able to fuck does not make you a good parent. The community picking the most capable mentors is ideal. Nobody gets to pick parents, and most families are now single parenting. Children are raised by their primary babysitter, the television.

I have debunked psychology, including Skinner, and think independently. Applying him to me is not legitimate. You are incapable of independent thought.

I never forced anyone, but live in a nation that has forced "democracy" on countless nations, placing compliant dictators. After revolution, I will have those who want this plan and its carefully designed ideas go to one area and others go to theirs. But who on this planet have ever had the ability to choose what kind of civilization they want to belong to? Ballot machines are hacked. Politicians are placed by those really in power.

That you have bought the establishment BS about family and such indicates your inability to think independently. I will be unsubscribing. Not because you disagree, but because you simply refuse to think independently. That is blatantly obvious. Why waste my time reading somebody's work who cannot think as well as I can?

Did you hear anybody tell you that to live off grid was stupid and bound to fail? And did they support that accusation with assumed concepts that were illegitimate? IF so, did that stop you? If it did, you were stupid to listen to close minded idiots. I am not going to let you stop me, I don't need your validation, when obviously you have no original authentic visionary capabilities. My readership is literally a million times yours for a reason.

Warmek's avatar

OK, I looked at your website. My initial reaction is that I don't *want* to live on a small farming commune without modern technology.

> The pleasures you speak of are now totally foreign and alien to me now, and may I add foolish. Humankind's existence depends on our rising in resistance. But have sex instead, it means everything.

Humankind's existence depends on people having children, too. That is one of the things that is required for continuation of the species. Like, definitionally.

I *am* **honestly** glad for you that you feel that you are on the correct path for yourself, and that you have that sense of pride, quality of life, and confidence that you are doing the right thing. That's truly powerful. I can admit that I don't particularly feel that myself. But I'm not certain that I would consider the life you describe to be truly *living*, either, if it were the life *I* was leading.

I wish you luck in your endeavors.

From my book ANGRY LOUD AND CLEAR TRUTH

Today’s civilization has evolved to the peak of “superior” society. We have enough weaponry to annihilate the entire planet’s population a hundred times over. We have submarines, planes, trains, electrical cars, automatic driverless trucks, no need to use our legs except to kick the dog. We can spend hours a day watching videos and programs on television that are not only useless, but that impose harmful desires, mindsets, worldviews, and values on us- through deliberate propaganda, and most people take advantage of the wonderful opportunity to do so. Eating has become a simple habit. Fast-food restaurants, pizza delivery, frozen dinners, and prepared packaged food has made it a convenience.

Mass production makes professional craftsmanship unnecessary

and superfluous, so we have nobody taking effort to make something that they can be proud of. Scanners and automatic cash registers minimize effort in retail. Riding lawnmowers make landscaping easy. Diet pills, blood pressure pills, sleeping pills, Ritalin, insulin, antidepressants, and tranquilizers make proper nutrition and exercises unnecessary. Communication can be, and is done, by texting emojis, making real communication antiquated.

In other words, the miracles of science have developed “ideal” civilization. Life is easy. That is what success in Roman civilization is all about. Work is for inferior slaves. The pinnacle of life and perfection is vegetating in luxurious

comfort and entertainment. No exertion, no challenges, no accomplishments, no activities, nothing but relaxation for as long as you live. Doesn’t that appeal to your intellect (do you take the effort to think?). That is the superior Roman civilization that has been advancing and destroying everything in its path.

And having been indoctrinated by the media into conforming to the modern lifestyle as promoted by the media, it is “bought” (pun intended) by the populace. The people have purchased their own destruction. And it is the poor who the rich class call “lazy” for living on minimal allowance of welfare as the alternative to slaving in factories and warehouses for minimum wage to make the wealthy man richer.

Mankind, with all his self-proclaimed intelligence, is the only species that develops means to annihilate billions of his own kind, who puts many of his fellows in cages of torture for years, who collects worthless (but values them greatly) trinkets, and steals from one another and kills for them (gemstones), who breeds other species and keeps them in warehouses to butcher them because he finds flesh to be tasty (although mankind is not naturally carnivorous), who kill one another over real estate. Must I go on?

Is mankind, or to switch back (because these behaviors are not natural to other

races), the white man, superior, because he is the dominant animal on the planet? Should he rule the planet? Is that a natural order of existence, and a justification for what he does?

You can believe in Jesus, in evolution, or any other bullshit. You are taught by professors who claim to be smarter than you because you can’t understand all their jargon, andhave not been schooled as they have. Or you can get off your lazy ass, stop being naïve and gullible, turn off the television, (including the useless news) and read. Educate yourself. Research for yourself and skeptically analyze everything to cut through the bullshit. The planet has been hijacked by scheming evil deceiving entities who are plotting our destruction. It is not only in the realm of religion and education. Every aspect and system of society has been infiltrated and corrupted by their deception, manipulation, corruption, exploitation, and oppression. This book will prove that, as well as provide do-able solutions, simple and outside the boxes. Read on as I state my case and deliver a manifesto.

Michael Lewis Kahn's avatar

My blueprint for civilization, found in the conclusion of ANGRY LOUD AND CLEAR TRUTH, provides for procreation via artificial insemination. No more entrance into the worldly hell realm. People will remain in the natural realm for their entire lives, not going into the kingdom of God, forever torture (hell). I have many solutions in the blueprint, it would remove EVERY (literally) world problem. The only down-side is the removal of the modern technology, the only real sacrifice being entertainment. But there are alternatives to that, primarily healthy wholesome alternatives like gymnastics, hiphop, soccer, weightlifting, and other healthy physical activities that promote better and stronger bodies, and minds (which can be improved with debating) these avenues far excel over being fixated on little screens that add nothing healthy or beneficial.
