They are missing the real tool here and showing how NOT serious they are about stopping these types of things. Every one of this funding comes from an "earmark" and an individual Congresscritter who asked for it. NAME whose earmark these are, and fill social media with the name of the so called representative who thought we needed to spend money on condoms for the Taliban or any other of these fundings. And yes people from both parties are going to get splashed. That's why they will NOT carry it to the end it needs to be to end the practice and get spending under control
